Recruitment Rules and Stages of Sekolah Umum Yayasan Pendidikan Sorowako (Sekum YPS) To maintain fairness, transparency, and accountability throughout the selection process (in line with the Discipline and Virtuous indicators of the YPS Learner Profile), each recruitment cycle is conducted sequentially and cannot be run in parallel. Each stage must be fully completed and evaluated before initiating the next recruitment phase.

Local Recruitment

The initial recruitment cycle to fill vacant positions for educators (teachers) and administrative staff at Sekum YPS, prioritizing talents originating from the Luwu Timur Regency area.

Regional Recruitment

The recruitment cycle to fill vacant positions at Sekum YPS by sourcing professional talents from the South Sulawesi Province.

National Recruitment

An open recruitment cycle to fill vacant positions at Sekum YPS by attracting top educational and administrative talents from all regions Province .

Exceptions and Criteria for Stage Escalation Transitions or accelerations to the Regional or National Stages may be applied based on the consideration and decision of the YPS Management under the following conditions:

Candidate Availability: No candidates applying from the preceding priority region (e.g., during the Local Recruitment Stage).

Qualifications and Competencies: Candidates from the preceding priority region do not meet the minimum requirement criteria, whether in terms of headcount, academic qualifications, teaching certifications, teaching competencies (21st-century skills), or relevant experience required by Sekum YPS. The subsequent recruitment stage may only commence once one of the exception criteria above has been met and verified by the YPS Recruitment Team.
